Awards & Grants
Every day oncology pharmacy professionals make a difference in the lives of cancer patients around the world. Part of ISOPP’s mission is to support and reward this vital work of our members. We do this through our Grants and Awards program.
ISOPP encourages nominations from oncology pharmacy professionals of diverse backgrounds. Consider becoming a member to take advantage of these opportunities.

The Grants and Awards Task Force is responsible for administering the Grants and Awards program for ISOPP.

The Achievement Award recognizes an ISOPP member who has made a significant contribution to, or has provided leadership for developing or supporting an innovative technical or clinical oncology pharmacy service.

The Fellowship Award (FISOPP) recognize excellence in oncology pharmacy practice. It provides recognition and promotes global awareness of pharmacists who have distinguished themselves in the field.

Named after one of the founding members of ISOPP, the Helen McKinnon Award recognizes members who have made significant and distinguished contributions to ISOPP and have made a sustained contribution to oncology pharmacy practice.

The ISOPP/JOPP Best Paper Awards recognize articles published in the Journal of Oncology Pharmacy Practice (JOPP) since the last ISOPP Symposium that describe an innovation in oncology pharmacy practice (Oncology Pharmacy Practice Award) and scientific research (Oncology Clinical Research).
Poster presentations at the annual ISOPP Symposium are judged by the ISOPP Research Committee and the best poster is awarded with a certificate. Presenting authors must be members of ISOPP and/or local host organization.

Travel grants for ISOPP members in the Australasian Region may be available to assist ISOPP members to attend the ISOPP Symposium.

Research grants may be available to support research focused on oncology pharmacy in pre-clinical, clinical, translational or practice-related areas.

Travel grants give members who would otherwise not be able to afford the expense the opportunity to attend an ISOPP Symposium.
