About JOPP

The Journal of Oncology Pharmacy Practice (JOPP) is a peer-reviewed, scholarly journal dedicated to educating health professionals about providing pharmaceutical care to patients with cancer. 

JOPP is the official publication of the International Society for Oncology Pharmacy Practitioners (ISOPP).

JOPP publishes original research, reviews, and practice issues papers and provides information on oncology pharmacy practice issues, new medications, and new therapies.

JOPP includes updates on ISOPP activities and practical issues relating to oncology pharmacy.

JOPP issues typically include: 

  • Comprehensive and critical reviews of drug use in cancer patient care
  • Opinions about controversial therapeutic areas and comments about practice-related issues
  • Institutional policies on medication use, with outcome indicators
  • Reports of innovative services, policies, and outcome measure tools
  • Brief comments on articles published in the journal or other information of interest

JOPP is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and is free for ISOPP members.
