ISOPP Bylaw Updates Confirmed

An important aspect of ISOPP’s new 10-year vision is to ensure the ISOPP Bylaws are in alignment with ISOPP’s vision and meet legal requirements. To this end, updates to two ISOPP bylaws (Bylaws 3 and 13) were recommended by the Secretariat and Governance Committee, and subsequently voted on and approved by the membership at a Special Members Meeting held on Wednesday, December 20, 2023

All current ISOPP members are invited to join a Special Members Meeting on Wednesday, December 20th at 5am PST (click here to find your local time).

2017 ISOPP Bylaws Review: Revisions Required for Incorporation in Canada
Questions and Answers

ISOPP is finalizing the process of incorporation of the organization in Canada.   An important step in the process is to assure ISOPP bylaws meet the legal requirements for incorporation in Canada.   Some of the language was changed to: assure the bylaws were consistent with the vision and goals of ISOPP, maintain the foundation established by ISOPP founders and meet legal requirements for Canada.
