Why it’s important to book at our Symposium Hotel

ISOPP negotiates the lowest possible group rates as part of a contract with Budapest Marriot Hotel that includes meeting room space for the Symposium. By reserving your room at our Symposium hotel, you help ISOPP avoid financial penalties, and keep registration fees lower for future ISOPP Symposia.
 

Hotel Booking Terms and Conditions

The Hotel booking terms and conditions are as follows:

  • The guestroom rates are valid three days prior to, during and three days after ISOPP 2017 and are subject to availability
     
  • Cancellations fees are as follows:
    • Between March 11 and April 10, 2017 -  one night’s room and tax
    • As of April 11, 2017 - the entire length of stay will be charged to the individual guest’s attention
    • No shows: Any reservations confirmed and guaranteed, but not claimed before 24:00 on the day of arrival, will be cancelled and billed to the individual guest’s attention for the entire length of stay. No show rooms will be held until noon on the following day.
  • Name changes are accepted until the day of arrival
  • Check in time 16:00. In case of early arrivals, it is recommended to book the room the night before to ensure the room is ready.
  • Check out time is 11:00
