During the online registration process, you can register for the Symposium and/or Masterclass(es). You can also purchase ticket(s) for an optional Cultural Evening Event.

Registration Fees
Symposium
Symposium registration fees are priced to be inclusive and support ISOPP’s mission to promote and enhance the practice of oncology pharmacy worldwide. The fees are determined by the country in which you are employed. Income levels for each country are based on an average of three different world ranking economic listings.
Determine your country income level to select the appropriate fee category by referring to the table below. If your country is not on this list, please review the country income levels list before selecting the fee applicable to you.

The table below outlines the early bird and regular registration fees by country level for the Symposium in Euros (EUR). Fees include 21% Spanish VAT.
Register and pay by Wednesday, December 7, 2022 to receive the Early Bird rate. Registration categories will be changed to the next level for payments received after the December 7, 2022 deadline. Member rates are available to GEDEFO/SEFH members and those who have paid their 2022 ISOPP membership fees and who will renew their 2023 membership prior to attending. Join ISOPP to get member rates.

Registration Category Definitions
Allied Health Professional (Pharmacy Technicians / Assistants, Nurses etc) rates are available to professionals in the practice of oncology pharmacy, such as technicians and pharmacy assistants, and health professional in related fields, such as nurses. Work identification confirming your role is required to confirm this rate.
You can upload supporting document(s) during online registration (JPEG, PDF or word document to a maximum file size of 5,000 GB per file) or submit documentation within two weeks of registering via email, fax or mail to the address listed at the bottom of this page.
Resident /Student /Pre-registration Pharmacist and Pre-Registration Technicians rates are available to anyone enrolled full time in a residency program, post-secondary education and/or pre-register pharmacist. Proof, consisting of a copy of your identification card or a letter from the institution's registrar confirming residency status and/or enrollment, is required to confirm this rate.

Masterclasses
ISOPP’s Masterclasses take place on Sunday, March 5, 2023 and are available to ISOPP and/or SEFH/GEDEFO members only. These half day practical workshops, specific to the needs of oncology pharmacy practitioners, will be facilitated by leaders and oncology pharmacy experts. See the Masterclasses page for program details. The length of each Masterclass is about 4.5 hours (half day).
If you are not an ISOPP and/or SEFH/GEDEFO member and would like to register for the Masterclass(es), please join ISOPP and pay your membership fee prior to registering. Note: 2023 ISOPP membership will open in early December 2022.
The table below outlines the regular and discounted registration fees by country level for the Masterclass in Euro (EUR). You will be offered a discounted rate if you register for both the Masterclass and the Symposium.
The fees below are per each Masterclass and include 21% Spanish VAT.

Methods of Payment
Debit Card (Visa Debit, Debit Mastercard and Maestro) or Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa and Amex)
If paying by debit or credit card, ISOPP Symposium or ISOPP23 will appear as the vendor on your card statement, and the amount charged will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your country.
Wire Transfer (applicable prior to February 6, 2023)
All wire transfers are payable to Sea to Sky Meeting Management, are due in EUR and must be received by Monday, February 6, 2023, otherwise, payment via another method will be required.
When requesting a wire transfer to pay your fees, please advise your bank to deduct any fees from the sender’s account, and not from the beneficiary’s, as full payment is required.
On the wire transfer, please note ISOPP 2023 and the name of the registrant(s) as a reference. Wire transfer information will be included on the invoice that is sent to the email address provided in the registration upon completion of your registration.
Cancellation, Refund and Substitution Policy
Refunds are available until Monday, January 23, 2023 and are subject to a cancellation administration fee (75 EUR per each Symposium, Masterclass and Networking Evening Event registration). As of Tuesday, January 24, 2023, no refunds will be provided, however substitutions can be made until Wednesday, February 22, 2023. All cancellations or substitution requests must be received in writing by Sea to Sky Meeting and Association Management at register@isopp.org.
Substitutions must be made at an equal or lesser registration category. No refunds will be issued for substitutions.

Travel Visa Requirements and Letter of Invitation
Please confirm with the Spain Embassy or Consulate in your country or region, if you will require a travel visa to enter Spain. Should an entry visa be required, please apply early to allow sufficient time for processing.
If you require an invitation letter, please indicate this during the online registration process and provide the requested details (date of birth, nationality, passport number and passport expiry date). An invitation letter will be sent to you automatically after completing your registration.
Other Registration Information
Wheelchair Access and Special Assistance: If you require wheelchair access and/or special assistance during the Symposium and/or Masterclass, please indicate your requirements during the registration process.
Insurance and Liability: Individuals take part in ISOPP activities including the Symposium and/or Masterclasses at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and travel insurance arrangements.
The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including coverage for travel, accommodation, and personal possessions.
Limitation of Liability: You agree to release and hold harmless “ISOPP 2023”, ISOPP, GEDEFO, SEFH, the Organizing Task Force, Sea to Sky Meeting and Association Management Inc. and its suppliers from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or relating to your participation in this event, including but not limited to the use of the conference center, lodging facilities, theft or damage to belongings, attendance at social events and tours related to the event.
Language: The official language of the Symposium, Masterclasses and Sponsored Symposia is English.
