Over the past few months, COVID-19 has greatly affected the way we provide oncology services. ISOPP is currently leading a global project to evaluate the impact on COVID-19 on oncology pharmacy practice. 
We need your help with this project. You are selected to participate because you are a pharmacy practitioner and member of the International Society of Oncology Pharmacy Practitioners (ISOPP).  

Your responses will be anonymous, but linked to country and city of practice for context. 
It is designed to be anonymous and taking the survey will take about 10-15 minutes. 

The survey has been developed and is being distributed by a number of global oncology pharmacy organizations. If you are a member of more than one organization, please only complete the survey once.
