Guidelines for using the online booking system
Reserve your guest room at the Symposium venue, the Barceló Sevilla Renacimiento, online, using the button above. To switch the language from Spanish (Español/España) to another language, use the language dropdown menu at the top right hand side of the reservation page. On the top left of the hotel booking page, adjust the number of guests, enter your arrival and departure dates, and press search. Choose a room from the options generated by the search. ISOPP discount codes have already been applied on the above link so you do not need to enter a code.
All reservations must be made through the booking button above and be guaranteed with a credit card in order to gain the discounted rate .

Please note that March 2nd is fully booked at the hotel currently, and a reservation will be available if there is any cancellation.
Guest Room Rates
New as of January 2023: Rates reduced for new and existing ISOPP 2023 reservations! Please note that if you have already booked your accommodation with the Barcelo Renacimiento Hotel, your reservation has automatically been updated with the reduced rate.
ISOPP has arranged even further discounted guest room rates, subject to availability, for ISOPP 2023 participants. All the rates below are per room per night, exclusive of 10% VAT and include buffet breakfast in the Restaurant Colón (additional cost for room service), Wifi, in room safety box and access to the hotel’s pool and the gym.

Please note that the ISOPP 2023 rates quoted below are for the room option on the hotel booking site with the cancellation policy.
During the dates of March 1 to 4, the new, further discounted rates are as follows
€140 – Single occupancy (king size bed)
€160 - Double occupancy (king size bed/twin bed i.e. two single beds side by side) - state your preference in “comments” during reservation)
€50 - Supplement per person for triple or quadruple occupancy, up to a maximum of 2 adults + 2 children under 12 years old
Rates are further reduced three days prior to, and three days after ISOPP 2023, during the dates of February 26 to February 28 and March 5 to March 7.
€130 – Single occupancy (king size bed)
€150 - Double occupancy (king size bed/twin bed i.e two single beds side by side)
€50 - Supplement per person for triple or quadruple occupancy, up to a maximum of 2 adults + 2 children under 12 years old
Hotel Cancellation Policies and Non-arrivals
Changes or cancellations can be made up to 7 days before your arrival date without penalty and if made within 7 days prior to your arrival date, the full value of the hotel booking will apply for cancellations and/or for any nights cancelled. The full value of the hotel booking will be charged for non-arrivals (no shows).

The 30 meeting rooms of the Sevilla International Convention Center make the hotel the largest convention center in Seville.
