The Victorian Therapeutics Advisory Group (VicTAG) in conjunction with the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Australia, are funding a project to develop a Chemotherapy Audit Toolkit to provide health services with an audit tool and an overarching governance framework for chemotherapy prescribing and variation from protocol.
