ISOPP's elections will be held in December 2024. ISOPP is seeking candidates for five director positions to serve on the Secretariat for varying terms (see below).
The following criteria provide a guide for those interested in running for the open positions:
- Minimum of two years’ ISOPP membership (required)
- Two years oncology pharmacy related work experience (required)
- Volunteer activity in ISOPP
- General volunteer and leadership experience
Note: You must be a current member and agreed to auto renew your next membership period when the time comes.
Please consider colleagues who you feel would contribute to the organization. Additionally, if you would like to consider putting your name forward to serve on the Secretariat, please submit your nomination by Monday, November 11, 2024 from here or via your personalized link which was sent to you on October 21st . The following items are required to submit your application:
- Personal statement that describes your interest in serving on the Secretariat (this will be included in the information provided to the membership during the election if you are nominated for the election slate)
- Current copy of your curriculum vitae / resume
- Current headshot photograph (jpeg file)
Also, during the application process, you will be asked which position you are interested in potentially serving. For the 2025 election, the officer positions of President-Elect (one year term)*, Treasurer (three year term) and Secretary (three year term) are open in addition to two General Member positions (one for a one year term and one for a three year term). Appointments to the officer positions are made by the Secretariat, upon recommendation by the membership.
*The President-Elect (one-year term) will serve a subsequent two-year term as President, followed by a one-year term as Past President.
