ISOPP is forming an Immunotherapy Task Force and we are looking for members who can be part of developing a global position statement on the pharmacist’s role in the era of Immunotherapy; incorporating a focus on low to middle income countries. In addition, the Task Force’s mandate includes developing a Toolkit for patient and health care professional, and providing education and training opportunities at a future ISOPP Symposium.
The role of the pharmacist in managing immunotherapy varies significantly around the world. ISOPP can provide education, advice on implementation issues in clinical practice, and be the go to resource for pharmacists.
Please express your interest in being part on the Task Force via email at immunotherapy@isopp.org by Monday, September 28, 2020.
Thank you for considering the opportunity and thank you to those who have already responded.
I look forward to being a part of the oncology pharmacy global community advancing cancer care working with you on the Task Force.
